Accuracy of Information
- Customers must provide correct and accurate information when using our services.

Tickets and Food Purchases
- Tickets and food once purchased are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Tickets purchased are valid only for the specific cinema location selected at the time of purchase.

Age Requirements
- Customers must be 18 years or above to register and purchase tickets through the Birat Cine Mobile App or Website.
- Customers aged 15–18 may register and purchase tickets only with parental/guardian involvement and supervision.
- Customers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult to purchase tickets and watch movies.
- Individuals below 16 years will not be admitted for “A” rated movies unless otherwise stated in the censor certificate. A valid ID is required.

Admission Policy
- A separate ticket is required for all admissions, including children. Infants are not permitted inside the theatre.
- Children under 2.5 ft (lap children) are not allowed due to safety concerns.
- All children must occupy their purchased seat throughout the movie.
- Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult for U or PG rated movies.
- Only individuals aged 16+ with valid ID may watch “A” rated films.

3D Glasses
- 3D glasses are provided for 3D screenings and must be returned before leaving the premises.
- Customers are liable for charges in case of loss or damage to the 3D glasses.

Prohibited Conduct
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the premises.
- Customers under the influence of alcohol or intoxicated will be denied entry or asked to leave.
- Disorderly, aggressive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal without refund.

Ticketing
- Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket.
- A duplicate ticket will be issued only if the customer can provide showtime and seat number.
- Reserved tickets must be collected at least one hour prior to showtime. Uncollected reservations will be deactivated.
- Customers must present their personal QR code when collecting reserved tickets.

Liability and Personal Belongings
- Birat Cine Multiplex is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings.
- Unauthorized recording of movies is strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law.
- Birat Cine Multiplex is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, civil unrest, emergencies, or events beyond control.

Screenings and Content
- Birat Cine Multiplex may include trailers, advertisements, or informative content before the movie, which may extend total screening time by up to one hour.

- Decisions made by Birat Cine Multiplex management are final and binding.
- Rights of admission are reserved.
- Ticket holders must comply with all policies laid down by management.
- Acceptance of Terms & Conditions during signup or ticket purchase includes consent to cookie usage on our website and app.
Child Policy
- Every individual requires a separate ticket.
- Children under 2.5 ft (lap children) are strictly not permitted.
- Children must remain seated in their allocated seat throughout the show.
- Children disturbing other guests will be asked to leave along with their parent/guardian. No refunds will be issued.
